Planning applications are discussed at the monthly ordinary or sub-committee meetings when required.
As the local planning authority, Central Bedfordshire Council determines planning application outcomes. Studham Parish Council is a statutory consultee and reviews planning applications relating to the parish and provides onward comment to Central Bedfordshire Council Planning department where appropriate.
Residents with strong opinion on applications are also able to provide commentary directly to Central Bedfordshire Planning Authority.
